Zonal Head - Sales & Collections - 3 Wheeler Business Unit


Base Location: Gurugram (Extensive Travel Required)


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Leader to set up a new business from scratch. As the Zonal Head, the individual will be responsible to set up individual cities and city teams from scratch, and manage a large team as the business scales, with an opportunity to grow into a central leadership role. The core responsibilities of the individual will be to build distribution, own the entire sales cycle, manage collections, repossession & redeployment, customer and dealer experience.


Responsibilities:

Team Building & Management : Build and manage high performing sales and collection teams across cities of operations, ensuring target achievement each month.

Distribution Network Development : Building an exhaustive distribution network of dealers, sub-dealers, DCO influencers and other EBI’s (external business influencers), and managing the relationship and entire lead funnel.

Sales Cycle Ownership : Own the entire lifecycle of Sales, from generating leads to disbursement, while managing an efficient sales funnel.

Collections Management : Ensuring customer payments are always on track with the support of central and city teams.

Repossession and Redeployment : In case of customer defaults, ensuring the vehicles are repossessed and redeployed at the earliest.

NPS Management : Ensuring the best possible experience for customers and channel partners.



Qualifications:

● A bachelor's degree from a reputed university, MBA is a plus (not mandatory)

● Work experience of at least 8-10 years, across dealer management, sales and collection functions in the Automotive BFSI industry.

● Prior multi-city team handling experience is a mandatory requirement. Experience of handling teams in Lucknow and/or Kanpur is a plus

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
