Zonal HR Manager - Jewellery Industry

The Zonal HR Manager will lead the Human Resources function for a specific zone, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role is pivotal in maintaining a productive and positive work environment across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws.
• Handle complex employee relations and conflict resolution within the zone.
• Oversee performance review cycles and employee development programs.
• Ensure efficient management of staff across multiple locations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 12 years in any kind of managerial role.
• Education: MBA or MSW with a specialization in Human Resources (HR).
• Preferred: Prior experience in the jewellery industry is highly advantageous.
• Skills: Fluency in English and Tamil, with strong communication skills, is essential. Proven ability to deliver results and readiness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹50,188.77 - ₹80,733.30 per month
