  • Proven experience of 5+ years in managing and leading Sales/Pre-Sales teams, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Expertise in building and managing sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within deadlines.
  • A strategic mindset to effectively communicate our offerings to prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
  • Skilled at crafting compelling narratives based on product features and business requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.
  • Highly dedicated individuals with strong work ethics and determination.
  • Empathetic leaders with great patience and a strong sense of empathy.
  • Proven expertise in handling P&L responsibilities across 100+ volume business unit.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Directly responsible for the performance and growth of Regional Heads/State Heads, Senior Managers, and Managers across 3+ states.
  • Lead and guide Regional Heads/State Heads to achieve designated sales-qualified lead and sales conversion targets across all products.
  • Continuously monitor and train teams to improve performance and conversion rates.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire pre-sales lifecycle, including calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and sales conversions, while optimizing the lead qualification funnel to enhance efficiency and improve conversion rates.
  • Generate outcomes with optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Maintain detailed databases of interactions with leads and provide constant feedback on lead quality to the respective teams..

Performance Management and Improvement:

  • Establish and monitor weekly and monthly targets.
  • Analyze and provide actionable insights on customer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape to the marketing team.
  • Manage escalations effectively and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and recommend strategies, set weekly targets, and define job responsibilities for team members.
  • Provide prompt responses to crucial issues and suggest solutions

Work Location & Working Days:

  • Work from Office
  • 6-Day Week
  • Weekends will be a working day. Week-off will be on weekdays
