We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to oversee and grow our solar sales operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of solar products, sales strategies, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the sales team within the assigned zone
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients
  • Develop strategic sales plans to increase revenue
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Conduct regular field visits and sales performance reviews
  • Ensure proper follow-up on leads and customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth sales execution

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in the solar industry (must)
  • Strong understanding of solar products (On-grid, Off-grid, Inverters, Panels)
  • Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Willing to travel within the assigned zone
