Qualifications: Minimum Science graduation / MBA
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, while nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales avenues and understand customer requirements.
- Generate regular reports and analyses encompassing sales and financial data.
- Ensure adequate stock availability for sales activities and product demonstrations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team, facilitating target achievement and fostering growth.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
- Identify and develop at least one successor within the team to ensure leadership continuity
