We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a "Zonal Sales Manager" in Lahore. As a Zonal Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing brand awareness in the region.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Science graduation / MBA

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant sales or managerial role
  • Mandatory experience in Gynaecology and Dermatology

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, while nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales avenues and understand customer requirements.
  • Generate regular reports and analyses encompassing sales and financial data.
  • Ensure adequate stock availability for sales activities and product demonstrations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team, facilitating target achievement and fostering growth.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
  • Identify and develop at least one successor within the team to ensure leadership continuity

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English language
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales and market data effectively
