Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Own the zonal P&L; create and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Regional/Area Sales Managers.
• Expand Network: Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and key accounts to maximize market penetration.
• Market Insights: Analyze competitor activity and market trends to provide accurate forecasting and execute localized trade promotions.
• Stock Optimization: Collaborate with logistics to ensure seamless product availability across the zone.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in sales, with 2-3 years leading multi-territory teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred).
• Skills: Strong team leadership, data-driven analytical skills, and sharp negotiation abilities.
