الوصف الوظيفي:
حاسب كميات وضبط تكلفة للعمل في مشاريع إنشائية، يتولى مسؤولية حصر الكميات وضبط تكاليف المشاريع من مرحلة ما قبل التنفيذ وحتى الإقفال النهائي، مع إعداد التقارير المالية والجداول الزمنية، وضمان الالتزام بالميزانيات المعتمدة وتحقيق الكفاءة المالية للمشاريع.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• حصر كميات الأعمال الإنشائية بدقة وفق المخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
• إعداد ومراجعة جداول الكميات والمستخلصات الدورية.
• متابعة وضبط تكاليف المشاريع وتحليل الانحرافات المالية.
• إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بالتكلفة والتقدم المالي ورفعها للإدارة.
• المشاركة في إعداد ومتابعة الجداول الزمنية والتدفقات النقدية للمشاريع.
• مراجعة المستخلصات وأوامر التغيير وتقدير تأثيرها المالي.
• التنسيق مع إدارة المشروع وفرق الموقع لضمان الالتزام بالخطة المالية المعتمدة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
• خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في حساب الكميات وضبط تكاليف المشاريع الإنشائية.
• خبرة عملية في مشاريع المقاولات.
• إلمام بإعداد التقارير المالية والجداول الزمنية للمشاريع.
• إجادة استخدام برامج الأوفيس وبرامج حساب الكميات وضبط التكلفة.
• مهارات تحليل ودقة وتنظيم ومهارات تواصل فعّالة.

Job Description:
A Quantity Surveyor & Cost Control professional is required to manage quantity take-offs and control project costs for construction projects, from pre-construction through project close-out, ensuring cost efficiency, accurate reporting, and alignment with approved budgets and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed quantity take-offs in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and progress payments.
Monitor and control project costs and analyze financial variances.
Prepare periodic cost reports and financial progress updates.
Support the preparation and monitoring of project schedules and cash flow.
Review and assess variation orders and their cost impact.
Coordinate with project management and site teams to ensure cost compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost control for construction projects.
Proven experience in contracting and construction projects.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying / cost control software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
