HSS Advocates, based in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking to hire a qualified Legal Assistant with the following requirements:

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of proven legal experience in the UAE (applications with less experience will not be considered).

Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and legal systems.

Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal memoranda and reports.

Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the legal team in preparing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.

Conduct thorough legal research to support ongoing cases and advisory work.

Follow up on legal proceedings and case management.

Maintain and organize legal files and documentation.
