2- مهندس أنظمة تحكم | Control System Engineer

· حاصل على بكالوريوس هندسة أنظمة تحكم او هندسة كهربائية لتكنلوجيا او هندسة شبكات ونظم معلومات او هندسة حاسب الي او هندسة الأجهزة الدقيقة.

· أكثر من 5 سنوات خبرة على أنظمة التحكم الالي SCADA

· خبرة بمكونات منظومة التحكم PLC,HMI,VFD

· خبرة في تنفيذ المشاريع التقنية لأنظمة SCADA

· معرفة جيدة بالتعامل مع الأجهزة والمعدات الصناعية المرتبطة بنظام SCADA مثل siemens-Rockwell - Schneider وغيرها.

· المعرفة والإلمام التا م بتصميم بيئة أنظمة التحكم، والتأكد من مطابقتها للواقع، وتحديثها بصفة دورية

· مع أصحاب المصلحة. القدرة على تركيب وتشغيل مكونات الشبكة الجديدة وربطها بالشبكة الحالية.

· المعرفة العلمية لنظام "سكادا" وجميع مكوناته، والإلمام بالأنظمة المتاحة في المؤسسة، وتطويرها وفق ما تقتضيه الحاجة. القدرة على مراقبة أداء الشبكة.

· تدريب المستخدمين على استخدام نظام سكادا بالطريقة الأمثل، وتفعيل حساباتهم وفق خطة واضحة لتحديد المستخدمين الفعليين للنظام.

· معرفة جيدة بلغات البرمجة الخاصة بالمتحكمات المنطقية القابلة للبرمجةPLCs، وفهم فلسفة التشغيل العامة للأعمال التشغيلية.

· الاشراف على عمل التحديثات المطلوبة بما يتوافق مع أحدث الإصدارات ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني.

· مراجعة "دليل المستخدم لنظام سكادا" بشكل دوري، وتحديثه كلما طرأت عليه تغييرات أو تعديلات جديدة.

· اعتماد خطة الصيانة الدورية على جميع المكونات والأنظمة الرئيسية الخاصة بالوحدة.

· وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية اللازمة لتلبية احتياجات ومتطلبات الوحدة.

· إدارة تشفير بيئة أنظمة التحكم وفقًا للمعايير المتبعة في المؤسسة.

· معرفة عامة بالأجهزة الدقيقةInstrumentations، وطرق ربطها بأنظمة التحكم، وفهم جيد لمبادئ الاتصالات الصناعية.

· حصر جميع أصول مكونات نظام "سكادا" وعمل التقارير اللازمة لمتابعة حالتها التشغيلية وضمان صحة النظام.

· تشغيل أنظمة التحكم، ومراقبة أداؤها، والتأكد من جودة مخرجاتها بما يحقق متطلبات الجهات المستفيدة من النظام.

· تنفيذ المشاريع ومتابعة مخرجاتها وتقديم التقارير اللازمة لنجاحها.

· تطبيق منهجية إدارة المخاطر، وإدارة المشاريع، وإدارة التغيير، والجودة.

· دعم مشاريع المؤسسة بشكل عام، ومشاريع تقنية المعلومات بشكل خاص فيما يتعلق بأعمال الإدارة والأقسام والوحدات.

· الرفع بالمشاريع التطويرية المقترحة لتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للقسم.

· خبرة في مجال العمل على مشاريع المياه.

· القدرة على كتابة المواصفات الفنية لمشاريع المياه.

· خبرة في تصميم برامج أنظمة التحكم.
· إنجاز أي مهام وأعمال أخرى متطلبة بما يخدم مصلحة الإدارة.

2- Control System Engineer

· Bachelor's degree in Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Network and Information Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Precision Instrumentation Engineering.

· More than 5 years of experience in SCADA automation systems.

· Experience with control system components: PLC, HMI, VFD.

· Experience in implementing technical projects for SCADA systems.

· Good knowledge of dealing with industrial devices and equipment related to SCADA systems such as Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, and others.

· Comprehensive knowledge and familiarity with designing control system environments, ensuring their compliance with reality, and updating them regularly.

· Ability to install and operate new network components and connect them to the existing network with stakeholders.

· Scientific knowledge of the SCADA system and all its components, familiarity with the systems available in the organization, and developing them as needed. Ability to monitor network performance.

· Training users to optimally use the SCADA system and activating their accounts according to a clear plan to identify actual system users.

· Good knowledge of programming languages for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and understanding the general operational philosophy of operational tasks.

· Supervising the required updates in accordance with the latest versions and cybersecurity requirements.

· Periodically reviewing the "SCADA User Manual" and updating it whenever there are changes or new modifications.

· Adopting a periodic maintenance plan for all main components and systems of the unit.

· Developing strategic plans necessary to meet the needs and requirements of the unit.

· Managing the encryption of the control system environment according to the standards followed in the organization.

· General knowledge of instrumentation and methods of connecting them to control systems, and a good understanding of industrial communication principles.

· Inventorying all assets of the SCADA system components and preparing necessary reports to monitor their operational status and ensure system integrity.

· Operating control systems, monitoring their performance, and ensuring the quality of their outputs to meet the requirements of the system's beneficiaries.

· Executing projects, monitoring their outputs, and providing necessary reports for their success.

· Applying risk management, project management, change management, and quality methodologies.

· Supporting the organization's projects in general, and IT projects in particular, regarding management, departments, and units.

· Promoting proposed development projects to achieve the strategic goals of the department.

· Experience in working on water projects.

· Ability to write technical specifications for water projects.

· Experience in designing control system programs.

· Completing any other required tasks and duties that serve the interests of the management.
