Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Barista to join its new Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate should have basic barista experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café items according to company standards
• Assist in operating and maintaining coffee machines and beverage equipment
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory monitoring
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Support senior baristas and café staff during busy service periods
• Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café, restaurant, or customer service environment preferred
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and develop barista skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
• Immediate availability required
