Pay: Starting at $25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM

Sunshine Lawn Care is a locally owned company (10+ years) seeking a hands-on Crew Leader to manage residential maintenance routes across James Island and Folly Beach.

This is a working leadership role—you’ll lead by example in the field while ensuring quality, efficiency, and strong communication with our office team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, weed control)
• Oversee route quality and job completion (80–100 visits/week team-wide)
• Manage crew performance and communicate with office
• Perform equipment maintenance (blades, oil, filters, etc.)
• Track time and ensure jobs stay on schedule

Requirements

• Proven landscaping experience (required)
• Crew leadership experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and work outdoors daily
• Smartphone for job scheduling app
