Marketing Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 3,000 per month

Are you passionate about marketing, social media, and building relationships? We're looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Qorden AI, where you'll help promote innovative AI solutions to businesses across the UAE and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing sequences.
• Build and maintain prospect lists using CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar).
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns by researching and targeting key business accounts.
• Segment contact lists and monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click rates, and conversions.
• Engage with online communities across LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and other digital platforms.
• Assist in SEO and backlink-building initiatives through outreach and partnerships.
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Manage online reviews and help strengthen the company's digital reputation.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation and business growth.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Email Marketing, CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), and Marketing Automation.
• Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lead generation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, backlink outreach, and social media marketing.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics, campaign reporting, and marketing metrics.
• Knowledge of HTML email editing is a plus but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
