Vanlandingham Consulting LLC is actively seeking professional Owner Operators and Delivery Teams for white-glove last-mile delivery routes servicing major retail and home delivery operations.

This is NOT gig app work. We are looking for serious, professional drivers and teams who understand customer service, heavy-item handling, and delivery professionalism.

✅ VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS
MUST OWN OR OPERATE:

• 24–26 ft WHITE box truck
• Working liftgate (REQUIRED)
• Clean, professional vehicle
• Current registration & inspection
• Smartphone with GPS capability

✅ INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

• Commercial Auto Insurance
• $1,000,000 minimum liability coverage
• Cargo Insurance ($50k–$100k recommended)
• General Liability Insurance preferred
• Workers Comp or Occupational Accident coverage preferred
• NO PERSONAL INSURANCE ACCEPTED

✅ DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record (MVR checked)
• Background check required
• Drug screening may be required
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance & communication
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
• White-glove/furniture/appliance delivery experience preferred

✅ TOOLS & EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

• Furniture blankets
• Tie-down straps
• Hand truck/dolly
• Appliance dolly
• Drill & basic tools
• Gloves, booties, flashlight
• Assembly/install tools

✅ SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

• In-home white-glove delivery
• Assembly & installation when required
• Protect customer property
• Obtain customer signatures/photos
• Maintain professionalism at all times
• NO smoking, arguing, or unprofessional conduct
