Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Hong Kong and East Asia roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiation, candidate follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
- Lead campus recruitment and graduate program arrangement for Hong Kong & East Asia, coordinate university partnerships, career talks, interviews and offer issuance.
- Collaborate with local Country Managers, business leaders and HQ HR teams to clarify hiring requirements, optimize recruitment strategies, and ensure fast and high-quality talent delivery.
- Conduct active talent sourcing via LinkedIn, job platforms, talent mapping, headhunter management and regional talent pools to build sustainable East Asia talent pipelines.
- Provide consistent English-language communication with global HQ, cross-border candidates, vendors and regional teams; prepare English recruitment reports, candidate profiles and HR documents.
- Ensure full compliance with Hong Kong employment regulations, company HR policies and global onboarding & payroll system requirements (BIPO, internal HR system, etc.).
- Track recruitment data, update recruitment dashboards, summarize regional hiring progress, and support annual manpower planning and talent project execution.
- Improve candidate experience and employer branding influence in Hong Kong and East Asia markets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
- 1–3 years of professional recruitment experience, industry HR / regional recruitment experience .
- Fluent in written and spoken English (must-have). Capable of daily cross-border email communication, English interview coordination and English report writing.
- Familiar with full-cycle recruitment processes, able to independently handle multiple open positions and campus recruitment projects.
- Familiar with Hong Kong recruitment market, employment compliance and common hiring practices is preferred.
- Good stakeholder management skills, able to coordinate with HQ, regional leaders, local teams and external agencies efficiently.
- Data-sensitive, detail-oriented, proactive, able to work under fast-paced regional business demands.
- Familiar with HR systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
