Job Title: Technical Recruiter / Sr Recruiter– Domestic Staffing (IT staffing)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Strong experience in IT roles such SAP roles & Non SAP as developers, cloud engineers, DevOps, cybersecurity, etc.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals
• Good understanding of visa processes, labor laws, and hiring practices in the Middle East
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Advantage exp (preferably Middle East hiring)
