Pay: Hourly base pay + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses (20 hours/week)

Elite Climate Comfort is a family-owned HVAC company looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to help grow our business while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone and online leads
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage company social media
• Meet sales goals and build customer relationships
• Attend weekly team and training meetings

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
• HVAC experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Must pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to Spring, TX 77386
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation

• Hourly base pay
• 4–8% commission on HVAC system sales
• 10–12% commission on accessories
• Monthly performance and referral bonuses
• Typical earnings: $2,900–$4,600+ per month
