HVAC Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice of Air Authority — assisting customers with scheduling, service inquiries, and general account support. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values being part of a supportive, professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a timely, courteous manner
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians as needed
• Provide information about products, services, warranties, and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate customer records and service logs in company software
• Collaborate with service technicians and management to ensure seamless service delivery
• Assist with other administrative and office support duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service or administrative experience (HVAC, home services, or related industry preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
