WE’RE HIRING: LEGAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for an intelligent, organized, and reliable Legal Assistant to provide administrative and documentation support to a lawyer.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents and case files
• Assist with case filing, document submission, and deadline tracking
• Draft basic letters, emails, reports, and other correspondence
• Conduct basic research and summarize information as instructed
• Use AI tools effectively for research, drafting, document review, and administrative tasks
• Manage appointments, meetings, follow-ups, and daily schedules
• Communicate professionally with clients and relevant parties
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records
• Handle confidential information carefully and professionally
• Provide general administrative support when required

Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Chinese language ability is preferred
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital filing systems
• Confident and responsible use of AI tools
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Previous experience in a legal office, law firm, or administrative role is an advantage

Salary

AED 3,000–4,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
