We are looking for a highly professional, organized Personal Assistant to work directly with our CEO and Partner(s), providing hands-on business support and liaising with senior international clients and partners.

Requirements:

• Well-presented, professional, and personable
• Fluent in English, and Spanish (written and spoken)Arabic highly preferred
• Age not exceeding 30
• Previous experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant
• Full proficiency with computers (MS Office) and AI tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence and polish to interact directly with high-level international clients and business partners
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, appointments, and priorities, and provide timely reminders of deadlines and commitments
• Coordinate and attend meetings and business engagements as required
• Act as a direct point of contact for international clients, business partners, and other key contacts; support negotiations and follow-up on commercial matters
• Follow up on delegated tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met
• Arrange business travel and accompany the CEO on trips when required (commercial and/or private jet)
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, correspondence, and presentations
• Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with complete professionalism and discretion
• Support the CEO's daily business activities with strong organization, initiative, and attention to detail
• Perform other duties as assigned
