Takkya is a new specialty coffee cafe opening in Al Sa'adah, Abu Dhabi. We are looking for passionate coffee professionals to join our team from the ground up.

The Role

We are hiring a Senior Head Barista to lead the bar, maintain our coffee standard, and help develop the team around them. You will report directly to management and work closely with the full team to deliver a consistent, high quality coffee experience every day.

Responsibilities

• Dial in and maintain espresso recipes and bar standards
• Train and support junior baristas
• Ensure bar cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels
• Calibrate the grinder and pull quality checks daily
• Assist management in barista hiring assessments
• Communicate any equipment issues or stock needs to management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years specialty coffee experience
• Strong espresso, milk, and latte art skills
• Experience training others
• SCA certification preferred
• Reliable, consistent, and a team player

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
