Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven SMM Manager with strong experience in organic social media growth, particularly within the UAE real estate market.

The ideal candidate understands social media algorithms, knows how to build effective content funnels through Reels, and can create engaging content that attracts, engages, and converts the right audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies focused on organic audience growth.
• Create and manage Reels and short-form video content designed to increase reach and engagement.
• Build effective content funnels through Reels and other short-form content.
• Monitor social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
• Write engaging, articulate, and conversion-focused captions and social media copy.
• Ensure all final copy has a natural, authentic, and engaging tone of voice.
• Perform basic video editing using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Work closely with the designer by preparing clear and detailed creative briefs.
• Analyze content performance and continuously optimize the social media strategy.
• Stay updated with UAE real estate trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
• Use AI tools intelligently for brainstorming, research, and routine optimization while maintaining human-written final copy.
• Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 year of experience as an SMM Manager in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market.
• Proven experience in growing social media accounts organically, particularly through Reels.
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, content strategy, and audience engagement.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Good visual sense and understanding of social media aesthetics.
• Ability to develop content strategies that generate measurable results.
• Mandatory: A portfolio showcasing real estate social media projects and results.
• Applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered.
