Technical Recruiter

About the Role

QpiAI India Limited is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across AI, Quantum Computing, Software, Hardware, Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, VLSI, and other deep-tech domains. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, identifying top talent, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to support the company's growth objectives.

Eligibility Criteria (Strictly Mandatory)

Candidates must possess a BE/BTech degree and an MBA qualification , along with 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition . Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate further evaluation with hiring teams.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical teams and leadership stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Drive hiring initiatives across Software, AI/ML, Hardware, Embedded Systems, Semiconductor, VLSI, Quantum Computing, Cloud, and related technology domains.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding, campus hiring, and talent engagement initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and talent availability to support hiring strategies.
• Assist in improving recruitment processes and achieving hiring targets within defined timelines.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech (Mandatory)
• MBA in Human Resources or related specialization
• 1–4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment

• Familiarity with technology hiring and engineering roles.
• Experience using recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
