Location: Noida Sector 62 (Work From Office)

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US Shift)

Experience: 1+ Year in US IT Recruitment

Working Days: 5 Days

Candidates available to join at short notice will be preferred.

Transportation support available as per company policy.

About The Role

Tallento.ai is looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our client's growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for W2, 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time opportunities across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, rate expectations, location, and work authorization status.

• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate rates/salaries, and manage offer closures.

• Maintain candidate pipelines, submissions, and compliance records in ATS/VMS platforms.

• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Teams to ensure timely closures.

• Meet recruitment KPIs including submissions, interviews, offers, and successful joinings.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.

• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and US work authorization categories.

• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and job boards.

• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean Search, LinkedIn, and recruitment portals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable working in US shifts.
