Waiter/Waitress

We are expanding our hospitality team and looking for enthusiastic, service-driven Waiters and Waitresses who are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Provide menu guidance and upsell when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (UAE experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, grooming standards, and professional behavior.
