Guest Experience<ul><li>Deliver impeccable butler service in accordance with international luxury hospitality standards.</li><li>Anticipate and respond proactively to the Principal's personal preferences and requirements.</li><li>Prepare residences, hotel suites, yachts, and private accommodations before arrival.</li><li>Coordinate wardrobe presentation, luggage handling, garment care, and packing/unpacking.</li><li>Arrange meals, refreshments, and beverages according to the Principal's preferences.</li><li>Maintain the highest standards of discretion, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.</li></ul>Travel Support<ul><li>Accompany the Principal on frequent international travel, often at short notice.</li><li>Coordinate with private aviation, yacht crews, luxury hotels, chauffeurs, and local service providers.</li><li>Ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and transitions between destinations.</li><li>Liaise with security teams, Executive Assistants, and household staff to ensure seamless travel experiences.</li><li>Oversee luggage logistics and personal effects throughout the journey.</li></ul>Household &amp; Residence Management<ul><li>Prepare guest suites and living areas to the Principal's standards.</li><li>Supervise housekeeping and service staff where required.</li><li>Maintain inventories of luxury items, wardrobes, amenities, and personal belongings.</li><li>Ensure valuables are handled securely and appropriately.</li></ul>Hospitality &amp; Job Description: Civil Maintenance Engineer &ndash; Combined Cycle Power PlantDue to the Nature of Requirement: Only candidates that possess experience from Power Plants will be considered for this role.Position OverviewThe Civil Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining the structural integrity, reliability, and safety of all civil and structural assets in a Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP). This includes routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, repair planning, and coordination with operations and mechanical/electrical teams to ensure continuous and efficient plant performance.Key Responsibilities1. Structural Inspection &amp; Condition Monitoring<ul><li>Conduct routine inspections of gas turbine (GT), steam turbine (ST), and HRSG foundations</li><li>Monitor vibration‑related structural issues around GT/ST/HRSG areas</li><li>Inspect cooling towers, ACC structures, pipe racks, chimneys, tanks, and auxiliary buildings</li><li>Perform NDT tests (rebound hammer, UPV, core tests, rebar scanning)</li><li>Identify deterioration such as cracks, spalling, corrosion, settlement, and thermal damage</li><li>Prepare condition assessment reports with repair recommendations</li></ul>2. Civil Maintenance &amp; Repair Works<ul><li>Execute concrete repair works (epoxy injection, jacketing, grouting, patching)</li><li>Maintain steel structures exposed to heat, vibration, and corrosion</li><li>Oversee painting and coating systems for structures in high‑temperature zones</li><li>Maintain drainage systems, stormwater channels, culverts, and plant roads</li><li>Repair and maintain cooling water structures, sumps, trenches, and chemical containment areas</li><li>Support repairs of GT/ST/HRSG foundations, anchor bolts, and embedded plates</li></ul>3. Outage &amp; Shutdown Support<ul><li>Prepare civil maintenance scope for GT, ST, and HRSG outages</li><li>Coordinate with mechanical teams during major overhauls (CI, HGPI, MI)</li><li>Ensure safe access (scaffolding, platforms) for HRSG inspections</li><li>Develop method statements, risk assessments, and work permits</li><li>Prioritize critical civil tasks to align with outage windows</li></ul>4. Contractor &amp; Site Management<ul><li>Supervise civil maintenance contractors and ensure compliance with plant standards</li><li>Verify material quality, workmanship, and adherence to specifications</li><li>Review contractor BOQs, technical submittals, and invoices</li><li>Ensure safe execution of works in live plant areas</li></ul>5.
