Responsibilities As a Remote Chat Representative, your daily duties will include: - Engaging with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate information about our products and services. - Assisting clients with order placement, customisation options, and navigating our online platforms. - Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently, covering everything from design specifications to delivery logistics. - Developing a deep understanding of our comprehensive service offerings, including custom printing, event planning, and exhibition setups. - Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction. - Guiding customers through the entire process, from initial design concepts to final production and delivery. - Documenting all customer interactions and feedback within our systems to contribute to service improvements. - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. This is a Full-Time, remote position offering the flexibility to support our growing operations from your own workspace. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $27 - $30 USD. Responsibilities As a Remote Virtual Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure our operations run smoothly.
