This role involves planning and coordinating daily tasks for the mechanical team, allocating resources efficiently, and monitoring work progress to uphold quality and productivity standards. The Foreman enforces strict health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment and reduce operational risks. In addition to field supervision, the Foreman acts as the primary liaison between pipeline technicians, engineers, quality assurance teams, and project managers. Responsibilities include reviewing technical documentation, addressing on-site challenges, and overseeing quality inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and effective communication skills are essential to deliver pipeline mechanical scopes on schedule and within budget.
