The Embedded Finance team in SME & Growth enables platforms and marketplace clients to embed financial services-like multi-currency wallets, branded cards, and fast global payouts-directly into their products. What you'll do As Airwallex continues to expand, the Account Manager, Platforms Delivery role is a crucial sales position. You'll have the opportunity to work with our most significant Mid-Market clients, through post-sales phases, from implementation to Post-Go-Live Account Management. You will collaborate with many different teams across the business, such as front-book sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy. Your primary focus will be to quickly drive revenue by delivering strategic deals, all while upselling, cross-selling, and building multi-stakeholder relationships with our key clients. This will enable you to work with customers, understand their needs, and provide more value to their business.This role is based in Melbourne or Sydney. Responsibilities <ul><li>Drive the delivery of our Embedded Finance deals from implementation kick-off to Go-Live and full ramp.</li><li>Have oversight over Go-Live readiness and Go-Live monitoring of your clients.</li><li>Drive portfolio revenue growth by building deep relationships with our key accounts to best understand their needs & provide value-based solutions utilizing our range of products and services.</li><li>We support you in achieving revenue targets by focusing on input metrics to deliver relevant outcomes. The team has an established framework, but we encourage you to personalise your approach and contribute to the role in a way that works best for you.</li><li>Forecast & build out a pipeline within Salesforce to accurately track numbers for the business and identify how/when/what success you're driving.</li><li>Build relationships with internal stakeholders to drive the best customer experience, share customer insights & help build out the roadmap.</li></ul> Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications <ul><li>5+ years in enterprise or strategic account management, ideally in fintech or complex technology sales.</li><li>You understand lengthy sales cycles and the nuances of enterprise relationships.</li><li>You excel at building rapport across all levels, from C-suite executives to operations teams.</li><li>Project management experience: You'll simultaneously manage multiple clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring everything stays on track.</li><li>You're excited to learn technical concepts and become our internal product champion.</li><li>You are a creative problem solver: Ambiguity is your friend.
