We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our diverse production machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong electro-mechanical expertise to maintain and troubleshoot a range of equipment, including CNC Sheet Metal Fabrication, Plastic Injection Molding, and Surface Treatment systems. A strong focus on preventive maintenance, tool room support, and a commitment to safety is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all production equipment.</li><li>Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment lifespan.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve complex issues across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems.</li><li>Support tool room operations, including the maintenance, repair, and modification of moulds, press tools, jigs, and fixtures.</li><li>Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.</li><li>Utilize precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) for dimensional inspection and quality control.</li><li>Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance logs, work orders, and parts usage records in compliance with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO).</li><li>Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Utilize AutoCAD, UG NX, or equivalent CAD software for reviewing tooling and part designs.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills: Education:<ul><li>Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment with sheet metal fabrication and/or plastic injection molding.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Essential: Proven ability to maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Essential: Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including the ability to read schematics and use a multimeter.</li><li>Sheet Metal Fabrication: Experience with CNC punching machines and/or CNC panel bending machines is highly desirable. Knowledge of servo drives and CNC controls is a plus.</li><li>Plastic Injection Molding: Solid understanding of the maintenance and operation of injection molding machines.</li><li>Surface Treatment: Basic understanding of powder coating processes, oven controls, and conveyor systems.</li><li>Tool Room: Strong knowledge of moulds, press tools, jigs, and fixtures.</li><li>Precision Measurement: Proficiency in using micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.</li><li>Software: Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar CAD software for technical reference.</li></ul>Preferred Certifications:<ul><li>CNC Maintenance or Operation Certification</li><li>Industrial Hydraulics &amp; Pneumatics Certification</li><li>Tool and Die Maker Certification</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.</li><li>Uncompromising commitment to workplace safety.</li><li>Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Employment Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeLocation:<ul><li>Riyadh (Preferred)</li></ul>

Maintenance Technician – Industrial Machinery

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities for HVAC systems and components (including ventilation fans, load centers, etc.) within commercial, institutional and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings/presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, order placement and project hand-off.</li><li>Work closely with the technical/engineering and product teams to ensure solution fit, accurate specifications and effective project execution.</li><li>Maintain and expand relationships with key clients (consultants, contractors, developers, end users) in the HVAC/facility-services segment.</li><li>Track and report on sales pipeline, forecast revenue, monitor margins, and ensure on-time delivery in collaboration with internal teams.</li><li>Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, technical discussions and industry events.</li><li>Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, product developments, and regional regulations (Saudi building codes, ventilation standards).</li><li>Drive achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets for HVAC-project business lines.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or a related discipline.</li><li>3 to 4 years of sales experience in HVAC systems, large-scale building services projects or technical equipment sales within Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Proven track-record of selling into project-based environments (e.g., new construction, retrofit, facility upgrades).</li><li>Valid KSA Iqama and Saudi driving licence (must be able to travel to client sites across Riyadh and KSA).</li><li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to present technical solutions to both technical and commercial stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Arabic (native) and English (business level).</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul>Desirable Competencies:<ul><li>Understanding of HVAC system components, ventilation equipment, air-distribution systems and building services.</li><li>Familiarity with Saudi market, project-procurement cycles and site-based selling environment.</li><li>Ability to support project-handover processes, coordinate with engineering, installation and commissioning teams.</li><li>Comfortable with presentations, CRM software and sales-reports.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLocation:<ul><li>Riyadh (Preferred)</li></ul>
