Site Execution &amp; SupervisionSupervise daily construction activities on siteEnsure work is done according to approved drawings and specificationsMonitor progress of civil works (excavation, concrete, structures, roads, utilities)2. Technical WorkInterpret and implement structural and civil drawingsCheck levels, measurements, and setting out workEnsure correct execution of foundations, slabs, columns, and infrastructure works3. Quality Control (QA/QC Support)Inspect materials and workmanship on siteEnsure compliance with QCS (Qatar Construction Standards)Coordinate with QA/QC engineers for inspections and approvals4. CoordinationWork with consultants, subcontractors, and project engineersCoordinate with MEP teams (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)Attend site meetings and report progress5. Planning &amp; ReportingMonitor daily/weekly site progressPrepare site reports and updates for project managerAssist in scheduling manpower and resources6. Safety ResponsibilitiesEnsure all workers follow HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rulesConduct toolbox talks and safety briefingsReport unsafe activities or hazardsRequirements:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering2&ndash;7+ years experience (depends on company level)Knowledge of construction methods and materialsAbility to read AutoCAD drawingsFamiliar with MS Office and site reporting toolsGCC experience (preferred in Qatar)UPDA/MMUP certification (strong advantage in Qatar)Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR7,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
