A Foreman is responsible for supervising site workers, ensuring work execution according to drawings, safety standards, and project schedules. The role acts as a bridge between engineers and site labor teams.

Civil Foreman

Earthworks, concrete, formwork, rebar, finishing

Infrastructure works (roads, drainage, foundations)

Mechanical Foreman

Piping, welding, equipment installation, HVAC systems

Maintenance and assembly of mechanical systems

Electrical Foreman

Cable laying, panel installation, conduit works

Electrical systems testing and troubleshooting

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / Technical certificate (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)

5–10 years experience in construction or industrial projects

2–5 years as Foreman or Supervisor role\

Ability to read technical drawings

Strong leadership and site management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR7,500.00 per month
