The candidate should have strong communication skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to drive sales growth through field visits and customer relationship management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, visit, and develop new business opportunities in the hardware market.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field sales strategies.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.</li><li>Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.</li><li>Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new product trends.</li><li>Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ensure timely order closures.</li><li>Prepare daily field visit reports and update the CRM/manager regularly.</li><li>Manage territory planning, route planning, and timely customer follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure product availability, visibility, and brand promotion in target markets.</li><li>Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up.</li></ul>Key Result Areas (KRAs)<ul><li>Achievement of monthly sales targets.</li><li>Increase in customer base and market penetration.</li><li>Timely reporting and documentation.</li><li>Customer satisfaction and strong relationship building.</li><li>Effective territory management and route planning.</li><li>On-time payment collection and zero outstanding issues.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Good communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong field sales knowledge, preferably in hardware products.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM).</li><li>Mandatory: Valid Driving License &amp; ability to drive a car.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
