Job Summary:

The Front Office Assistant is responsible for managing the reception area, handling patient appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth front desk operations while delivering excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain front desk documentation and billing records.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for smooth operations.
  • Collect consultation fees and maintain daily cash records.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the reception area.
  • Handle patient feedback and resolve basic concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

  • Smooth and efficient front desk operations.
  • Accurate patient data entry and record management.
  • Timely appointment scheduling with minimal errors.
  • High level of patient satisfaction and service quality.
  • Proper billing and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Effective coordination between patients and medical staff.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Knowledge of clinic management software (preferred).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a busy clinic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
