Position OverviewWe are seeking a marketing-focused Graphic Designer to create high-converting, visually compelling assets across multiple channels. This role goes beyond traditional design&mdash;you will play a key part in driving revenue, improving user experience, and elevating our brand presence.The ideal candidate understands e-commerce, digital marketing, and UX/UI principles, and can design with both creativity and conversion in mind.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design high-performing creatives for:</li><li>Website (Shopify / landing pages / product pages)</li><li>Email campaigns (Klaviyo or similar platforms)</li><li>Digital ads (Google, Meta, YouTube)</li><li>Social media content</li><li>Sales and promotional materials</li><li>Video assets and thumbnails</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to:</li><li>Launch new products</li><li>Support campaigns and promotions</li><li>Improve customer journey and conversion rates</li><li>Create demo print graphics and apparel designs that showcase our equipment capabilities</li><li>Optimize designs based on performance data (CTR, conversions, engagement)</li><li>Ensure consistent branding across all channels</li><li>Apply UX/UI best practices to improve:</li><li>Site navigation</li><li>Product discovery</li><li>Customer experience</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Proven experience in marketing-focused graphic design (not just branding or print)</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-driven work</li><li>Experience designing for:</li><li>E-commerce (Shopify preferred)</li><li>Email marketing</li><li>Paid ads</li><li>Understanding of:</li><li>UX/UI principles</li><li>Customer journey and buyer behavior</li><li>Conversion optimization</li><li>Proficiency in:</li><li>Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Figma or similar UX/UI tools</li><li>Ability to take direction but also think strategically and independently</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in the apparel printing / DTF / DTG industry</li><li>Familiarity with Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar platforms</li><li>Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email or web adjustments</li><li>Experience with A/B testing creatives</li></ul>Pay: $44,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Graphic Designer (Marketing-Focused | UX/UI Mindset)

About the Role: We are looking for a Lead Marketing &amp; Website Optimization Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy, website management, and online growth. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience with Shopify, email marketing campaigns, and SEO. You will work onsite, collaborating directly with internal teams to drive results and improve our customer-facing presence across all channels.Please note: This is not a remote or hybrid role. Candidates must be willing and able towork in-person at our office during standard business hours.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Conversion rate optimization principles to drive user engagement and achieve campaign goals.</li><li>Leverage Large Language Model (LLM) tools effectively by crafting strategic prompts and understanding their capabilities to streamline workflows, enhance content creation, and support marketing or product initiatives.</li><li>Plan and lead digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, product launches, and more.</li><li>Manage cross-channel efforts (email, social media, website, YouTube) with consistent branding and measurable goals.</li><li>Provide direction to video, graphic, and content teams to execute integrated marketing plans.</li></ul>Shopify Website Management<ul><li>Design and build high-converting landing pages informed by UX best practices</li><li>Oversee all aspects of our Shopify store: product listings, landing pages, collections, and customer experience.</li><li>Regularly update pricing, product info, and content to reflect promotions and product lifecycle changes.</li><li>Work with internal teams to resolve any website-related issues or needed functionality improvements.</li></ul>Email Marketing<ul><li>Develop, schedule, and optimize email campaigns using Hubspot.</li><li>A/B testing insights</li><li>Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality email visuals and content.</li><li>Analyze performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and apply insights to future campaigns (including A/B testing).</li></ul>Search Engine Optimization (SEO)<ul><li>Create and execute an effective SEO strategy across product pages, blogs, YouTube descriptions, and landing pages.</li><li>Use SEO tools to monitor rankings, identify keyword opportunities, and enhance organic traffic.</li></ul>Collaboration<ul><li>Coordinate marketing projects across departments including operations, sales, design, and content.</li><li>Review analytics and provide monthly reports on website traffic, campaign ROI, and engagement trends.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>3+ years of Shopify management experience (product listings, site organization, app integrations)</li><li>3+ years of email campaign experience (strategy, execution, analysis)</li><li>3+ years of SEO experience (on-page, technical, and content-focused)</li><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and marketing reporting</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot for campaign execution and automation</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site team environment</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Cerritos, CA 90703 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Cerritos, CA 90703: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
