About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead Marketing & Website Optimization Specialist to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy, website management, and online growth. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience with Shopify, email marketing campaigns, and SEO. You will work onsite, collaborating directly with internal teams to drive results and improve our customer-facing presence across all channels.
Please note: This is not a remote or hybrid role. Candidates must be willing and able towork in-person at our office during standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Conversion rate optimization principles to drive user engagement and achieve campaign goals.
- Leverage Large Language Model (LLM) tools effectively by crafting strategic prompts and understanding their capabilities to streamline workflows, enhance content creation, and support marketing or product initiatives.
- Plan and lead digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, product launches, and more.
- Manage cross-channel efforts (email, social media, website, YouTube) with consistent branding and measurable goals.
- Provide direction to video, graphic, and content teams to execute integrated marketing plans.
Shopify Website Management
- Design and build high-converting landing pages informed by UX best practices
- Oversee all aspects of our Shopify store: product listings, landing pages, collections, and customer experience.
- Regularly update pricing, product info, and content to reflect promotions and product lifecycle changes.
- Work with internal teams to resolve any website-related issues or needed functionality improvements.
Email Marketing
- Develop, schedule, and optimize email campaigns using Hubspot.
- A/B testing insights
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality email visuals and content.
- Analyze performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and apply insights to future campaigns (including A/B testing).
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Create and execute an effective SEO strategy across product pages, blogs, YouTube descriptions, and landing pages.
- Use SEO tools to monitor rankings, identify keyword opportunities, and enhance organic traffic.
Collaboration
- Coordinate marketing projects across departments including operations, sales, design, and content.
- Review analytics and provide monthly reports on website traffic, campaign ROI, and engagement trends.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Shopify management experience (product listings, site organization, app integrations)
- 3+ years of email campaign experience (strategy, execution, analysis)
- 3+ years of SEO experience (on-page, technical, and content-focused)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and marketing reporting
- Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot for campaign execution and automation
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)

Pay: $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
