Graphic Designer (Marketing-Focused | UX/UI Mindset)

Position Overview

We are seeking a marketing-focused Graphic Designer to create high-converting, visually compelling assets across multiple channels. This role goes beyond traditional design—you will play a key part in driving revenue, improving user experience, and elevating our brand presence.

The ideal candidate understands e-commerce, digital marketing, and UX/UI principles, and can design with both creativity and conversion in mind.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-performing creatives for:
  • Website (Shopify / landing pages / product pages)
  • Email campaigns (Klaviyo or similar platforms)
  • Digital ads (Google, Meta, YouTube)
  • Social media content
  • Sales and promotional materials
  • Video assets and thumbnails
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to:
  • Launch new products
  • Support campaigns and promotions
  • Improve customer journey and conversion rates
  • Create demo print graphics and apparel designs that showcase our equipment capabilities
  • Optimize designs based on performance data (CTR, conversions, engagement)
  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels
  • Apply UX/UI best practices to improve:
  • Site navigation
  • Product discovery
  • Customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in marketing-focused graphic design (not just branding or print)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-driven work
  • Experience designing for:
  • E-commerce (Shopify preferred)
  • Email marketing
  • Paid ads
  • Understanding of:
  • UX/UI principles
  • Customer journey and buyer behavior
  • Conversion optimization
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Figma or similar UX/UI tools
  • Ability to take direction but also think strategically and independently

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in the apparel printing / DTF / DTG industry
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email or web adjustments
  • Experience with A/B testing creatives

Pay: $44,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
