You will work across fabrication, vinyl application, finishing, and field installation depending on the project. No two days are exactly the same &mdash; our work spans interior and exterior commercial signage, vehicle graphics, post-and-panel systems, and large-format print applications.You will work alongside our production lead and report to the owner. Independence and ownership of your work quality are expected.What You'll Do<ul><li>Vinyl application, lamination, and finishing on a variety of sign types and substrates</li><li>Large format print finishing &mdash; trimming, mounting, laminating</li><li>Fabrication support &mdash; aluminum, acrylic, substrate cutting and assembly</li><li>Field installation &mdash; building-mounted signs, post-setting, site surveys</li><li>Vehicle graphic application and wrap support</li><li>Production prep and quality review before jobs ship or install</li></ul>What We're Looking ForNon-negotiable:<ul><li>2+ years of hands-on sign production or related fabrication experience</li><li>Strong vinyl application skills &mdash; large format, cut vinyl, and/or vehicle graphics</li><li>Comfortable with field installation work &mdash; ladder work, outdoor installs</li><li>Reliable and self-directed &mdash; you take ownership of your work and communicate proactively</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean record</li></ul>Strongly preferred:<ul><li>Sign shop background &mdash; you know how a shop runs</li><li>Fabrication beyond vinyl &mdash; aluminum, acrylic, channel letter assembly</li><li>Comfortable with basic customer interaction for site visits</li></ul>Trainable &mdash; we will teach the right person:<ul><li>Corebridge or similar sign shop software</li><li>Specific sign types or materials you haven't worked with yet</li></ul>Why Allmark<ul><li>Real variety &mdash; institutional signage, vehicle graphics, exterior fabrication, field installs</li><li>Small team where your work matters and gets noticed</li><li>Flexible scheduling built around project needs, not rigid shifts</li><li>Growing fast &mdash; the part-time structure today has a clear path to full-time</li><li>Ownership culture &mdash; we care about quality and we want people who do too</li></ul>Pay: $22.95 - $30.05 per hourWork Location: In person

We're expanding and looking for a detail-oriented design and coordination professional to help us scale that reputation.The RoleThis is a hybrid position &mdash; part production designer, part project coordinator. You will support the owner and production team by handling the desk-side of active projects: producing renderings and mockups, preparing production files, managing job intake in our system, and keeping customers and suppliers informed on project status.The right person has sign industry or commercial print background, strong written communication, and genuine organizational discipline. This is not a pure creative role &mdash; coordination and process ownership are equally important. If you like variety, hate loose ends, and want flexible part-time work with a company moving fast, this is the job.What You'll DoDesign &amp; Production:<ul><li>Produce sign renderings and customer-approval mockups from your specs and reference materials</li><li>Prepare production-ready files &mdash; bleeds, cut paths, substrate specs &mdash; in Illustrator or CorelDRAW</li><li>Build quote templates and line-item layouts from project specs and notes</li><li>Edit and resize artwork for production across multiple sign types and formats</li></ul>Project Coordination:<ul><li>Enter booked jobs into Corebridge from project specs, site notes, and instructions</li><li>Issue purchase orders to suppliers and confirm order details and delivery timelines</li><li>Track permit application status and follow up with municipalities by email</li><li>Draft and send customer status updates on active projects</li><li>Maintain active job notes and flag issues that need owner attention</li></ul>What We're Looking ForRequired:<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW &mdash; production file work, not just concepts</li><li>Sign industry or commercial print background &mdash; you know what a channel letter, post and panel, and pylon sign are without us explaining them</li><li>Strong written English &mdash; you will communicate directly with clients and suppliers on our behalf</li><li>Organized and process-oriented &mdash; this role lives in checklists, follow-up, and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable working remotely with async communication and self-directed task management</li></ul>Strongly preferred:<ul><li>Experience with Corebridge, Shopvox, or similar sign shop ERP / project management system</li><li>QuickBooks familiarity &mdash; invoice preparation, basic entry</li><li>Experience with permit application paperwork for signage</li><li>Rhode Island or Southern New England familiarity helpful but not required</li></ul>Why This Role<ul><li>Remote potential</li><li>Open to 1099 Employees</li><li>Flexible scheduling &mdash; async deliverables, not rigid hours</li><li>Real variety &mdash; renderings, file prep, coordination, customer communication</li><li>Small company where your contribution is visible and valued</li><li>Fast-growing business &mdash; the scope of this role will expand with the company</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $30.05 per hourWork Location: Remote
