Allmark Signs & Graphics is a fast-growing commercial sign company based in Pawtucket, RI. We design, fabricate, and install signage for institutional, healthcare, property management, and commercial clients throughout Rhode Island and Southern New England. The Role

This is a hands-on production and installation position. You will work across fabrication, vinyl application, finishing, and field installation depending on the project. No two days are exactly the same — our work spans interior and exterior commercial signage, vehicle graphics, post-and-panel systems, and large-format print applications.

You will work alongside our production lead and report to the owner. Independence and ownership of your work quality are expected.

What You'll Do

• Vinyl application, lamination, and finishing on a variety of sign types and substrates
• Large format print finishing — trimming, mounting, laminating
• Fabrication support — aluminum, acrylic, substrate cutting and assembly
• Field installation — building-mounted signs, post-setting, site surveys
• Vehicle graphic application and wrap support
• Production prep and quality review before jobs ship or install

What We're Looking For

Non-negotiable:

• 2+ years of hands-on sign production or related fabrication experience
• Strong vinyl application skills — large format, cut vinyl, and/or vehicle graphics
• Comfortable with field installation work — ladder work, outdoor installs
• Reliable and self-directed — you take ownership of your work and communicate proactively
• Valid driver's license with a clean record

Strongly preferred:

• Sign shop background — you know how a shop runs
• Fabrication beyond vinyl — aluminum, acrylic, channel letter assembly
• Comfortable with basic customer interaction for site visits

Trainable — we will teach the right person:

• Corebridge or similar sign shop software
• Specific sign types or materials you haven't worked with yet

Pay: $22.95 - $30.05 per hour
