We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful planning, monitoring, and execution of our ongoing and upcoming projects.Job Responsibilities:As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall project scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Your tasks will include:Project Planning &amp; Scheduling:<ul><li>Develop and update detailed baseline programs using Primavera P6 or similar tools.</li><li>Prepare WBS (Work Breakdown Structures), activity coding, and resource loading.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to obtain planning inputs.</li><li>Establish short-term lookahead schedules (weekly/monthly) in alignment with the baseline.</li><li>Integrate procurement, shop drawings, and material delivery schedules into the master program.</li></ul>Progress Monitoring &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports with EVM (Earned Value Management) analysis.</li><li>Monitor project milestones, critical paths, and float.</li><li>Conduct delay analysis, identify bottlenecks, and recommend mitigation measures.</li><li>Compare actual progress with planned schedule, analyse variances, and update programs accordingly.</li></ul>Claims &amp; Variations Support:<ul><li>Assist in EOT (Extension of Time) claims preparation with supporting documents and delay events analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with QS and Contracts teams on delay impact assessments and concurrent delays.</li><li>Maintain records of events affecting project progress for claim justifications.</li></ul>Stakeholder Coordination:<ul><li>Attend meetings with consultants, clients, and authorities to present project status and schedule updates.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE departments for integrated planning.</li><li>Ensure alignment of subcontractor schedules with main program and project milestones.</li></ul>Tools &amp; Systems:<ul><li>Strong knowledge and usage of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI dashboards.</li><li>Familiarity with Aconex, ERP platforms, and standard reporting templates.</li><li>Maintain S-curves, manpower histograms, and productivity tracking sheets.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.</li><li>10+ years of relevant experience in planning for major construction projects (UAE experience preferred).</li><li>Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Excel (advanced level), and MS Project.</li><li>Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction sequences, and authority approvals.</li><li>Familiarity with Dubai regulations (Trakhees, Nakheel, DM, JAFZA, etc.) is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>PMP certification or PMI-SP is an added advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package (based on experience).</li><li>Long-term career development.</li><li>Collaborative and professional work environment.</li><li>Exposure to prestigious construction projects.</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates meeting the above criteria are invited to submit their CV along with a recent project portfolio. We are currently seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems for projects under Trakhees authority in JVC.Position SummaryThe QA/QC Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in compliance with Trakhees regulations, Dubai building codes, project specifications, and international standards.
