Logistics Coordinator &ndash; Job DescriptionRole Overview: Responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure smooth supply of medical devices and instrument sets to hospitals.&quot;Zoho books&quot; experience is highly preferredKey Responsibilities:Inventory<ul><li>Receive, check, and store incoming stock with accuracy.</li><li>Verify lot numbers, expiry dates, and quantities before dispatch.</li><li>Update stock registers/system entries daily.</li><li>Track consignment stock and reconcile shortages/damages.</li><li>Support monthly/quarterly stock audits.</li></ul>Logistics<ul><li>Deliver and collect products/instrument sets from hospitals on time.</li><li>Coordinate dispatch plans with sales, operations, and theatre schedules.</li><li>Maintain delivery logs, challans, and stock movement documentation.</li><li>Ensure safe handling of devices and follow sterile/SOP guidelines.</li><li>Maintain vehicle logs and ensure proper usage.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>+2 / Diploma / Degree.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of logistics or inventory experience (medical/pharma preferred).</li><li>Valid 4-wheeler driving licence (mandatory).</li><li>Basic computer skills (Excel/WhatsApp entries).</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to travel and work flexible hours based on case schedules.</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Punctual, responsible, detail-oriented, and professional.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
