Location: Wake Forest, NC (Travel Required) Company: At-Temp RefrigerationJob Overview: We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role will handle service, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems, primarily in restaurant and light commercial environments. The ideal candidate can work independently, diagnose issues quickly, and take ownership of jobs from start to finish. Lead HVAC Technician

Location: Wake Forest, NC (Travel Required) Company: At-Temp RefrigerationJob Overview: We are looking for a motivated Installer Helper / Apprentice to join our team. This position will assist lead installers with building walk-in coolers/freezers, running refrigeration line sets, and completing commercial refrigeration installs. This is a hands-on role with a lot of opportunity to learn and grow into a lead installer.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with installation of walk-in coolers and freezers (panel assembly, doors, sealing, etc.)</li><li>Help run refrigeration line sets, insulation, and supports</li><li>Assist with setting evaporators, condensers, and other equipment</li><li>Help with pressure testing, evacuation, and system startup</li><li>Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean and organized</li><li>Follow directions from lead installer and project manager</li><li>Maintain safety standards on all job sites</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Mechanical aptitude (construction, HVAC, or refrigeration experience is a plus)</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow in the trade</li><li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li><li>Ability to lift 75&ndash;100 lbs and work in physically demanding environments</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred</li><li>Ability to work well on a team</li></ul>Travel:<ul><li>Some jobs require out-of-town travel and overnight stays</li><li>Lodging is provided by the company</li><li>Daily food stipend provided during travel</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Pay based on experience</li><li>Hands-on training with experienced installers</li><li>Steady work in the commercial refrigeration industry</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HVAC/R: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Wake Forest, NC 27587 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
