Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Health Care Counsellors to join our Ayurveda division. The ideal candidate will educate customers about Ayurvedic products, understand their health concerns, and recommend suitable herbal solutions while achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Interact with walk-in and telephonic customers to provide Ayurvedic health guidance.</li><li>Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Ayurvedic products or treatments.</li><li>Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new formulations and offers.</li><li>Handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy.</li><li>Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.</li><li>Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up for repeat sales.</li><li>Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate in Ayurveda, BAMS, or related background preferred)</li><li>Experience: 0&ndash;2 years in Healthcare / Telecaller / Ayurvedic Product Sales (Freshers welcome)</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; convincing skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic concepts (training will be provided)</li><li>Positive attitude and customer-centric approach</li><li>Ability to work in a target-driven environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of authentic Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products through telephonic conversations with potential and existing customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Outreach &amp; Sales<ul><li>Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided database</li><li>Introduce and explain Ayurvedic products, their benefits, and usage</li><li>Convert leads into sales through effective communication</li><li>Handle inbound customer inquiries about products and services</li><li>Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets</li></ul>Product Knowledge &amp; Consultation<ul><li>Understand product composition, benefits, and usage guidelines</li><li>Provide accurate information about Ayurvedic medicines</li><li>Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and health concerns</li><li>Educate customers about natural wellness and Ayurvedic lifestyle</li></ul>Customer Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with customers</li><li>Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders</li><li>Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally</li></ul>Database Management<ul><li>Update customer information in the database regularly</li><li>Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups</li><li>Generate leads through referrals and references</li><li>Identify potential bulk/corporate customers</li></ul>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducational Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)</li><li>Any stream (Commerce, Science, Arts)</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service</li><li>Experience in medicine sales, healthcare, or wellness industry is a plus</li><li>Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome</li></ul>Skills &amp; CompetenciesEssential Skills:<ul><li>Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English</li><li>Clear and pleasant phone voice</li><li>Active listening and understanding customer needs</li><li>Basic computer knowledge</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of Ayurveda or interest in natural wellness</li><li>Regional language proficiency (advantage)</li><li>Ability to handle objections and rejections positively</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
