Sr. Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Health Care Counsellors to join our Ayurveda division. The ideal candidate will educate customers about Ayurvedic products, understand their health concerns, and recommend suitable herbal solutions while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with walk-in and telephonic customers to provide Ayurvedic health guidance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Ayurvedic products or treatments.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new formulations and offers.
• Handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up for repeat sales.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate in Ayurveda, BAMS, or related background preferred)
• Experience: 0–2 years in Healthcare / Telecaller / Ayurvedic Product Sales (Freshers welcome)
• Skills:
• Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of Ayurvedic concepts (training will be provided)
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
