Healthcare Consultant

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of authentic Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products through telephonic conversations with potential and existing customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Outreach & Sales

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided database
• Introduce and explain Ayurvedic products, their benefits, and usage
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication
• Handle inbound customer inquiries about products and services
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Product Knowledge & Consultation

• Understand product composition, benefits, and usage guidelines
• Provide accurate information about Ayurvedic medicines
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and health concerns
• Educate customers about natural wellness and Ayurvedic lifestyle

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally

Database Management

• Update customer information in the database regularly
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups
• Generate leads through referrals and references
• Identify potential bulk/corporate customers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• Any stream (Commerce, Science, Arts)

Experience

• 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
• Experience in medicine sales, healthcare, or wellness industry is a plus
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome

Skills & Competencies

Essential Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
• Clear and pleasant phone voice
• Active listening and understanding customer needs
• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Ayurveda or interest in natural wellness
• Regional language proficiency (advantage)
• Ability to handle objections and rejections positively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
