Job Core FunctionThe Sales Representative is tasked to sell Offset, Printing Equipment &amp; Consumables within the territory of United Arab Emirates. In addition, act as a point of contact to represent the company to existing and prospective customers. Responsible for Business achievement for organization growth&middot; Maintain Loyalty with existing customers, based on a regular reviews and visits.&middot; Expand Company customer base by researching the market to secure new prospects/new business.&middot; Act as information channel between the company, its products and existing and potential markets.&middot; Contact clients to negotiate terms of agreement and use persuasive skills to conduct and promote sales.&middot; Gather relevant market and customer information.&middot; Negotiate variation in price, delivery terms and lead times as per specifications.&middot; Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.&middot; Trouble-shoot relevant documentation, delivery, service and spare parts.&middot; Manage the quantities of goods available in stock in coordination with Purchasing &amp; Billing Department.&middot; Determine the appropriate orders required to secure sufficient stocks to meet customer satisfaction / demands.&middot; Record sales and order information and send copies to Purchase &amp; Billing Department to expedite delivery.Key Result Area&middot; Cost efficient and high-quality sales service, timely report and feedbackInternal and External Communication Channels&middot; Internally needs to have a close working relationship with all functions.&middot; Need for effective working relationship with customers, vendors, concerned parties.Relationships&middot; Report directly to Sales Department Head&middot; Constant liaison with P &amp; B Department staff, other department staff.Education&middot; The candidate shall have Bachelor Degree or diploma in related field.Other Qualifications&middot; 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as Field Sales Executive in the printing industry, with a preference for experience in Sheetfed Offset.&middot; Excellent communication.&middot; Funnel management.&middot; Market intelligent.&middot; Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff&middot; Ability to effectively present information to team leader, public groups, employees of company&middot; Strong understanding of local and international accounting standard.&middot; Ability to persuade/influence others in sensitive/confrontational situations.&middot; Innovative; Proactive; positive, meet challenges with a Can-do Attitude&middot; With UAE driving licenseCompetencies&middot; Good team player&middot; Self-starter&middot; Effective time management&middot; Good negotiation skills&middot; Sense of Urgency&middot; Good analytical thinking and ability to solve problems&middot; Emotional control&middot; Good knowledge of IT tools, CRM, MS OfficeDisclaimer ClauseOther duties or special projects may be assigned to the job holder as deemed necessary by the workJob Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
