We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Fresh Engineering Graduates to join our MEP Quantity Survey Department. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training and work under the guidance of senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Engineers to assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, material reconciliation, progress billing, and contract administration for MEP projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review contract documents, IFC drawings, specifications, and BOQs.</li><li>Perform quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, and ELV systems.</li><li>Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documentation.</li><li>Prepare material quantity schedules and support the procurement team with material planning.</li><li>Verify site measurements and compare executed quantities with approved drawings.</li><li>Monitor project progress and prepare work-done quantities for monthly payment applications.</li><li>Coordinate with the Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Site teams to ensure accurate quantity tracking.</li><li>Maintain records of quantities, project correspondence, and commercial documentation.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of subcontractor payment evaluations and final account statements.</li><li>Attend site visits to verify measurements and monitor construction progress.</li><li>Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Commercial Manager.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MEP systems and construction drawings.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.</li><li>Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Willingness to work on project sites throughout the UAE.</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to oversee and execute mechanical site works on a daily basis.
