Jr. MEP Q.S

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Fresh Engineering Graduates to join our MEP Quantity Survey Department. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training and work under the guidance of senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Engineers to assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, material reconciliation, progress billing, and contract administration for MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contract documents, IFC drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Perform quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, and ELV systems.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documentation.
• Prepare material quantity schedules and support the procurement team with material planning.
• Verify site measurements and compare executed quantities with approved drawings.
• Monitor project progress and prepare work-done quantities for monthly payment applications.
• Coordinate with the Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Site teams to ensure accurate quantity tracking.
• Maintain records of quantities, project correspondence, and commercial documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of subcontractor payment evaluations and final account statements.
• Attend site visits to verify measurements and monitor construction progress.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Commercial Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD.
• Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on project sites throughout the UAE.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
