Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Electrical, Civil & MEP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, valuation of works, and commercial control of ongoing projects.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate project costing, budget control, and financial efficiency across multiple interior fit-out and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for electrical, civil, and MEP works
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and project budgets
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison statements
• Handle interim valuations, progress payments, and variations
• Monitor project costs and support cost control functions
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
• Prepare final accounts and project close-out documentation
• Ensure all works comply with contract requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in UAE (fit-out/construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MEP, electrical, and civil works measurement
• Experience in BOQ preparation and cost control
• Proficient in Excel and quantity surveying software (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
