QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MEP + ELECTRICAL + CIVIL)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Quantity Surveying for MEP, Electrical, and Civil maintenance projects
• Prepare BOQs, estimates, material take-offs, and cost analysis
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Monitor project quality standards and compliance
• Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Verify completed work quantities and prepare reports
• Ensure proper documentation and project records
• Support project execution and maintenance operations

Requirements:

• Experience in MEP, Electrical, and Civil works
• Knowledge of maintenance and fit-out projects preferred
• Ability to prepare quotations and project estimations
• Familiarity with UAE standards and regulations
• Good communication and reporting skills
• UAE driving license is an advantage

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience preferred
